We strive to process all orders within 3 to 7 days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Our items are shipped with Canada Post. 

 

Shipping Large Items

At this time, we are not shipping furniture items outside of Winnipeg. Items that are too large/heavy/bulky for a standard carrier are available for local pickup or local delivery only. You can select these options when you checkout. 

 

Local Pick up

We offer free local pick up. Please contact us at helloandwelcome204@gmail.com to arrange pick up time and get the pick up location. If selecting local pick up, we can hold your order for a maximum of 30 days. After 30 days, your order will be deemed abandoned. A refund will not be issued.

 

 

Local Delivery

Hello & Welcome offers local delivery at a cost. The cost will be provided to you when you check out. Please contact us at helloandwelcome204@gmail.com if you have any questions. 

 

 

International Shipping

We will ship internationally! It is a work in progress. 

 

 

Can I combine shipping for multiple purchases?

Maybe. Depending on the size and weight of each item, it may or may not be possible to put all items into one box. We do our best to consolidate items and we take the utmost care to ensure items arrive safely.

 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns and we do not offer exchanges. 

 

 

What happens if my item is damaged during shipping?
